Bluegrass Straight Rye Whiskey (700ml - 55%)

From Lexington’s Bluegrass Distillers, this straight rye whiskey brings together a high-rye mash bill and a full-strength bottling for a bold, characterful pour. Produced in Kentucky, it is made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged for at least five years, and bottled at 55% ABV without chill filtration.

The result is a robust style with notable depth and a pronounced spicy character. Its intensity suits classic whiskey cocktails such as a Manhattan, while the richness also lends itself well to serving neat. Founded in 2012, Bluegrass Distillers has expanded from its original site and is developing a new facility at Elkwood Farm in Midway, Kentucky, supporting a more hands-on corn-to-bottle approach.
