Produced in Turkey, Yeni Raki Ala is a grape and aniseed spirit with 47% ABV. Triple-distilled and matured in oak barrels, it develops a smooth, layered character with slight sweetness, notes of liquorice and a subtle floral aroma.

Traditionally served as an aperitif, it is commonly mixed with cold water and poured over ice, turning from clear to a cloudy white. That distinctive serve makes it well suited to meze and shared dining, including grilled octopus, fried aubergine and feta cheese.
