From Bottega, Gianduia Chocolate Cream Liqueur is a gianduia-inspired cream liqueur that brings together cocoa and hazelnut notes with the distinctive aromaticity of grappa. Rooted in the Piedmont tradition that began in 1806, gianduia was created when pastry masters partially replaced cocoa with roasted, finely ground hazelnut paste, resulting in a characterful cocoa-and-hazelnut bouquet.

This velvety-sweet cream is made with selected ingredients, including cream obtained only from Alpine milk. Served as part of an after-dinner moment or poured when you want something softly indulgent, it offers an elegant flavour profile that’s both recognisable and unmistakably gianduia.
