From Bottega, Pink Gold Prosecco Rosé N.V. is crafted in the heart of Italy’s Prosecco region using handpicked Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, created with artisan care and attention. Distinct floral hints sit alongside citrus notes of pear and white peach, making it a considered choice for aperitifs and celebratory moments.

The story behind the name is rooted in family enterprise. Rosina Zambon began working for a distillery in the Conegliano area, where she met Aldo Bottega. In 1967, together with a business partner, they took over Distilleria Sartor, before founding Distilleria Bottega in 1977. Following Aldo’s premature death in 1983, Rosina continued the business with her 19-year-old son Sandro, later joined by her younger children Barbara and Stefano, contributing to the firm’s progressive growth.
