Burning Barn Spiced Apple Rum

From Burning Barn Rum, this spiced apple rum brings together a full-strength pot and column still rum blend with apple juice and warming baking spices. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, it takes its cue from the producer’s 2022 Limited Edition Apple Rum and is finished in ash wood former cherry liqueur vats imported from Germany.

The flavour profile centres on sweet, juicy and tart apple, with notes of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and treacle. Smooth and gently spiced, it suits long serves where the apple character can open up over ice.
