Carastelec Carassia Rose Sparkling Wine

From Carastelec, Carassia Rosé Brut is a traditional method sparkling rosé from Crisana si Maramures with 12% ABV. Harvested in August 2018 and bottle-aged for 36 months, it shows bright salmon-pink colour and pronounced fruit expression, with added complexity from the inclusion of still red wine in the blend before the second fermentation.

Dry in style, this bottle-aged sparkling wine suits serving well chilled and pairs naturally with seafood, charcuterie or soft cheeses. Its record at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships includes Chairman’s Trophy, National Champion, Best in Class Romanian Rosé, Gold and Silver medals.
