Castello del Poggio Asti Dolce

Castello del Poggio Asti Dolce is a sweet Asti made from Moscato d’Asti juice selected and graded from vineyards in the heart of the DOCG. Stored in stainless steel pressure vessels, the juice ferments with part of its natural grape sugars transformed into alcohol, while a balance remains unfermented (approx. 90 g/L) to give the finished wine its natural sweetness.

In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow colour with bright gold reflections, alongside a full, lively foam and a fine perlage. The bouquet expresses the typical aromatic tones of Moscato grapes with an intense, appealing aroma. On the palate, it is sweet and balanced without being cloying, with a fresh, richly fruity character and a satisfyingly persistent finish.

Traditionally enjoyed with desserts, it pairs well with every type of pastry, from cakes and pies to sweet biscuits and cookies. It also suits social gatherings and relaxed moments when you want something sweet, aromatic and easy to enjoy.
