Castello di Gabbiano Alleanza 2018 is an IGT Toscana red wine with an intense red colour and purple tones. Aromas of black pepper, cloves and ripe fruit lead into a palate where ripe fruit notes are balanced by delicate savoury characteristics and a vegetal finish. Described as a wine in balance between old and new world style, it is made to express Tuscan-grown grapes.

Sourced from the estate’s vineyards in the Chianti Classico region, Alleanza comes from sites where Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grow best. The vines thrive in rocky, marl-rich limestone and clay soils, supported by a moderate climate, producing grapes that contribute rich, dark fruit character.
