From Catena, the Chardonnay 2021 is a special assemblage of High Mountain Estate Vineyards, made by fourth generation vintner Laura Catena alongside chief winemaker Alejandro Vigil. This South American Chardonnay is defined by its expressive aromatic profile, opening with notes of pear, apricot and lemon. Subtle hints of white flowers add lift, while warm, smoky notes linger on the finish for a rounded, considered close.

Well suited to relaxed dinners and more polished occasions alike, it pairs particularly well with grilled white fish or chicken served in a white sauce, complementing both delicate flavours and richer textures without overpowering them.
