From Chaffey Bros Wine Co, Synonymous Shiraz 2021 is a Barossa red with a deep crimson-purple colour and a rich, structured style. Fruit is drawn from established low-yielding vineyards across the Barossa, from the northern townships of Ebenezer and Light Pass through to Lyndoch in the south.

Maturation in new and seasoned French and American oak supports the wine’s depth while allowing the mid-palate of dark and light fruit to remain at the fore. Cedar, spice and plum lead on the nose, followed by a powerful palate with dark fruits, chocolate and a plush, lingering mouthfeel.
