From Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley, Chateau Ksara Le Prieure 2019 is a dry red wine made from Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvedre and Caladoc. Bottled at 13.0% ABV, it brings together a Mediterranean expression of a southern French-style blend with fragrant spice, dark fruit and a dusty earthiness.

Bright in colour and supple in style, this vintage shows black and red fruit aromas, followed by a palate of plums, berries, warming spice and liquorice. The texture is silky, with each grape variety fermented separately and matured for 14 to 18 months before blending. Suitable for vegans, it is a versatile choice for the table, particularly with richly spiced dishes and hearty meat or vegetable-led cooking.
