From Chiara Boschis at E. Pira, this 2020 Barolo comes from the Mosconi cru in Monteforte d'Alba. An organic red wine with a youthful profile, it already shows an approachable, gentle character while retaining the structure for extended ageing.

At 370 metres, the site brings a cool-climate edge to the wine. Deep ruby with a terracotta rim, it is drinking well now, with cellaring potential through to 2046.
