Produced by Codorníu, whose winemaking history near Barcelona dates back more than 450 years, it brings the character of sparkling wine to alcohol-free occasions.

Made as sparkling wine before being de-alcoholised, it is fermented and vinified in the traditional way, then treated with a low-temperature vacuum distillation system to preserve its delicate aromas and fresh, fruity profile. Expect a bright pale gold colour, fine bubbles, and crisp notes of green apple and citrus, with delicate white-floral character and a clean, zesty finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with canapés and seafood, or as the base for a no-alcohol spritz.
