Cramele Cotnari Cotnari ZAZ Rose Sparkling Wine

From Cramele Cotnari in Romania’s Moldova region, Cotnari ZAZ Rose is a sparkling wine made by the traditional method, with the second fermentation taking place in bottle. This approach gives the wine a fine, delicate character, while a short maceration before fermentation creates its pale pink colour.

Made from indigenous varieties including Feteasca Neagra, Busuioaca de Bohotin and Francusa, it has an off-dry style with aromas of forest berries and a fresh acidity. Served well chilled, it suits aperitif occasions and lighter celebrations.
