Cramele Recas Implicit Rose Vegan Rose Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Implicit Rosé is a dry rosé wine made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Produced by direct pressing of red grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, it retains a fresh character in both aroma and taste.

The wine shows a clear salmon-pink colour and a delicate body, with an aromatic profile that unfolds gradually. Its balanced style and fresh character make it a versatile choice at the table, particularly with fish salads, baked turbot, vegetable and veal dishes, lasagne, pasta with red sauces, lemon tarts, sorbets and ice creams.
