From DamavandPro, Petunia x hybrida ‘Basket Crimson’ offers compact bedding petunia seeds bred for dense, mounded growth and vivid colouration. As a half-hardy annual with a compact, bushy, upright habit, it’s a considered choice for creating neat, flower-filled displays in smaller spaces, while still delivering a generous spread in optimal conditions.

Flowering from July to September in full sun, these petunias produce trumpet-shaped blooms and are suited to hanging baskets, window boxes, patio containers and flower borders. The variety attracts bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects, making it a lively addition to summer planting schemes. For best results, sow indoors from February to April, or outdoors from May to June after the last frost, and keep compost consistently moist during germination and growth.
