De Martino Cuvee 2021 75cl

From De Martino, Cuvée 2021 is a red wine built on Cabernet Sauvignon from Viñedo Santa Inés, a vineyard owned by the family since 1934. A small proportion of Malbec and Petit Verdot completes the blend, bringing together the culmination of 85 years of experimentation in a style centred on finesse and gentleness rather than power.

The wine is ready to enjoy young, yet has the structure to cellar for decades. Its character is subtle, mellow and balanced, with understated concentration and integrated flavour. Notes of spice cabinet, woodland, sesame oil with soy sauce and sun-dried seaweed at the tide line give it a distinctive and layered profile.
