A firm, well-drained foundation makes all the difference to how a garden building performs over time. The EcoBase Fastfit Shed Base Kit is designed as an environmentally-friendly alternative to paving flags or wet-mix concrete, using interconnecting grids made from 100% recycled waste plastics.

Each grid features integral T-shaped self-fastening connectors to create a strong, long-lasting base that helps keep floor bearers dry and ventilated, with rainwater draining through the cavities to the earth below. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre into position, it is supplied with a weed-resistant membrane cut to size. The perimeter can also be filled with decorative aggregate to form a French drain and help prevent rain splashing back onto the building.
