EFE Raki Gobek (700ml - 45%)

Crafted in Anatolia, Efe Göbek Rakı is a triple-distilled rakı made from 100% grape spirit using Anatolian grapes. Bottled at 45% ABV, it is produced in traditional copper alembics with aniseed added during each stage of distillation, while only the heart of the distillate is selected throughout the process.

Pure spring water from Bozdağ Mountain and a resting period of 100 to 120 days contribute to its polished character. Made entirely from fresh grape distillate known as suma and with no added sugar, this rakı brings together grape freshness with a bold aniseed profile, offering a smooth, full-bodied and rounded style suited to those who appreciate both classic and contemporary expressions.
