EFE Raki Classic Blue (700ml - 45%)

Rooted in Turkish rakı tradition, Efe Raki Classic Blue is a blended rakı distilled and bottled in Turkey. Made with select Anatolian grapes and green aniseed, it combines Efe Fresh Grapes and Efe Triple Distilled, with the grape alcohol redistilled in pot stills with aniseed and matured for at least 70 days. At 45% ABV, it offers a balanced, aromatic style shaped by both traditional production and a more modern expression.

This rakı was originally selected by Aydın Boysan, a Turkish rakı connoisseur. When mixed with water, it turns milky white, and its character suits chilled serving alongside light appetisers or seafood.
