Produced at Fratelli Branca’s Via Resegone site in Milan since 1908, Fernet Branca is a bitter liqueur shaped by a long infusion and ageing process. The recipe draws on 27 flowers, herbs, roots and plants sourced across four continents, infused in a base of grape-distilled spirits and matured for one year in oak barrels.

Its character is firmly herbal and aromatic, with a light brown colour and amber hues. Intense, penetrating aromas are balanced by a mint top note, while the palate shows a distinctly medicinal herb character with notes of anise and liquorice. This is a classic digestif with a deeply traditional profile.
