Fixaball Chemical Anchor Resin Studs A2/ 304 Stainless JCP

For resin-based fixing applications, these JCP chemical anchor studs from Fixaball are manufactured from A2/304 stainless steel and feature a chisel tip. They are approved for use with both capsules and injection resin, offering compatibility across a range of fixing requirements including guard rails, staircases, steel consoles, masts, façades and steelwork constructions.

Sizes available cover M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24, with corresponding anchor lengths from 110mm to 300mm. This range also includes stated anchor hole diameters and maximum fixture thicknesses for each size.

Care and maintenance

• Check that the substrate is stable before fixing.
• Drill holes square and to a minimum depth of the anchor length - maximum fixture thickness + 10mm.
• Clean each hole with the correct sized brush and blow out dust before installation.
• Use a suitable chemical resin.
• Turn the stud gently while depressing it downwards, sitting around 10mm from the bottom of the hole.
