Fixaball M16 Throughbolts A2 Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Masonry Concrete Anchor

For masonry and concrete fixings, the Fixaball M16 throughbolt is supplied in A2/304 stainless steel for use in non-cracked concrete, masonry and non-porous stone. This torque-controlled expansion anchor suits concrete over C20/25 strength and uses a through-fixing format, with the hole diameter matching the bolt diameter.

It can be passed through the fixture once positioned, which helps when securing awkward fittings in place. A2/304 stainless steel offers resistance to weathering and chemical attack, including constant exposure to water, air and chemicals such as salt.

• The concrete base must be compact and crack free.
• Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
• Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material’s surface.
• Take special care near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
• Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris before installation.
• When temperature is below 0ºC, make sure water does not seep into the hole.
• Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, such as sealing products.
• Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
