For heavy-duty fixing into non-cracked concrete, masonry and non-porous stone, these Fixaball M24 through bolts provide a zinc-plated expansion anchor with ETA approval. The through-bolt format allows the fixing to pass through the fixture once it has been positioned, with the hole matching the fixing diameter.
Suitable for reduced embedment where contact with rebars or reinforcement cages needs to be avoided, each anchor has a cold formed body for consistent dimensional accuracy and material stability. This range is offered in M24 size with multiple length options to suit different joining thicknesses.

Safety information
- Check the concrete strength before installation to ensure its class and standard are suitable.
- The concrete base must be compact and porosity insignificant.
- Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
- Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material surface.
- Take special care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
- If drilling is aborted after encountering reinforcement, drill a new hole at a minimum distance of at least twice the aborted drill hole diameter, unless the aborted hole is filled with high-resistant mortar.
- Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris with a suitably sized brush.
- When temperature is below 0ºC, make sure water does not seep into the hole, as this could cause subsequent cracks in the concrete due to ice pressure.
- Insert the anchor through the material to be fixed into the hole up to the embedment depth according to the table values.
- A hammer may be used to ensure the required depth.
- Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, including sealing products.
- Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
- If the holes on the material to be fixed have a bigger diameter than required, insert a thicker washer of a bigger diameter.
- This procedure does not ensure correct distribution of shear loads amongst all anchors of the same group, and the shear load is applied only to anchors with a correct diameter on the material to be fixed.
