Produced by a small grower in Hautvilliers, the blend combines 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier, with fruit drawn mainly from Hautvilliers as well as neighbouring Cumieres and Dizy.

The style is lively and well balanced, with freshness carried by integrated acidity rather than sharpness. Aromas and flavours of baked Bramley apples give it a generous, approachable character, making it a polished choice for celebrations or as an aperitif.
