Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this robust yet polished cuvée highlights the ageing potential of rosé Champagne. Expect a rich aromatic profile supported by chalky minerality, savoury undertones, vibrant acidity and fine bubbles. As the fourth rosé release in the House range, it expresses the subtlety of vintages from the end of the 2000s and is well suited to the table, pairing particularly well with Peking duck, prawn risotto, aromatic cheeses and exotic salads.
