From Gérard Bertrand, Picpoul de Pinet 2021 is a white wine that draws on the long-established terroirs of the South of France. The Picpoul grape has been recognised in Languedoc for centuries; in 1618, the botanist Magnol referenced it in his book Sylve Plantarium as one of the region’s most famous varieties.

In the glass, it shows a pale yellow colour with hints of green. The nose is expressive and gourmet, with citrus and hawthorn aromas. On the palate, it is deliciously fresh, revealing bright lemon notes and finishing with an invigorating lift.
