Ground Bronze Flaxseed - 450g

From Flax Farm, Ground Bronze Flaxseeds (also known as linseed) are made from whole bronze flaxseeds that are freshly ground, with nothing added and nothing taken away. UK grown and naturally preservative free, they’re an easy pantry staple for everyday cooking and baking.

Slightly darker in colour with a fuller, mild nutty flavour, this ground flaxseed works particularly well stirred into porridge or muesli, or baked into bread, tea breads and flaxjacks for extra richness. It is described as a rich dietary source of insoluble and soluble fibre, lignans and omega-3, and has the same nutritional properties as gold flaxseed meal. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it is also suitable for those following the Budwig Diet and OMS Diet.

Care

Store in a cool, dark place and use within the best before date (80 days). Once opened, store in the fridge in a Tupperware container or similar; freezing can extend its life for up to an extra month.
