OMS Flaxseed Starter Pack

Designed for those beginning the Overcoming MS (OMS) programme, the OMS Flaxseed Starter Pack brings together Flax Farm cold-pressed flaxseed oil and ground golden flaxseed in one easy set for everyday use. It’s intended to help you build flaxseed into your routine from day one, combining a daily omega-3 option with a fibre-rich ground flaxseed that’s described as digestion-friendly.

Made the traditional Flax Farm way, both products are cold-pressed or milled in small batches, unfiltered, unrefined and free from preservatives. The flavour is described as mild and creamy with a delicate nutty note, making it simple to use across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drizzle the oil over porridge, soups, pasta and cooked vegetables, or use it as the base for salad dressings and mayonnaise. Ground flaxseed can be stirred into porridge, muesli or yoghurt, blended into smoothies, or mixed through soups, dips and sauces.

Care

Shake the oil well before use, as it may settle in transit. Once opened, keep the oil in the fridge; ground flaxseed should also be stored in the fridge or freezer to preserve freshness. The oil is recommended for use within 75 days of opening or 4 months from pressing, and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
