The selection offers a mix of flavours: ground bronze flaxseed with a slightly fuller, nuttier taste, alongside the more delicately flavoured ground golden flaxseed. Both varieties can be stirred into breakfast cereals, fruit bowls and home baking, or blended into smoothies, shakes and porridges. Care

Store in a cool, dark place and use within the best before date (80 days). Once opened, store in the fridge in a Tupperware container or similar; freezing can extend its life for up to an extra month.
