For staircases with two turning sections, the Handrails Direct Arden Natural Pine double winder handrail system brings together a light wood-effect finish and the strength of steel. Designed to create a continuous run across double winder layouts and straight sections, it offers a softer timber look that sits comfortably in hallways with pale walls, neutral schemes and lighter interior finishes.

Handrails Direct uses a heat transfer process to create the natural pine wood grain effect, giving the handrail the appearance of timber without the sanding, staining or varnishing associated with real wood. Two adjustable elbows allow the system to follow changes in direction neatly, while compatibility with the wider 40mm indoor handrail system makes it a practical choice for coordinated stair projects.

Please note

• A very fine join line may be visible on the underside of each pole as part of the heat transfer finish
• Position the join line facing downwards during installation so it sits out of sight once fitted
• If your staircase is under 7.2 metres, the poles can be cut to size using a fine toothed hacksaw with 24 to 32 TPI
• Component finishes are available in Edstone Matt White, Radway Chrome or Ashorne Satin Brass
