Handrails Direct Packwood Light Oak Double Winder Handrail

Designed for staircases with two turning sections, the Handrails Direct Packwood Light Oak double winder handrail system combines a light oak wood-effect finish with the strength of a steel core. It is made to create a continuous run through double winder staircases and straight sections, helping the overall look feel clean and coordinated from the lower flight to the upper level.

The Packwood Light Oak finish is created using a heat transfer process for a realistic wood grain appearance, while avoiding the sanding, staining or varnishing associated with real timber. Handrails Direct also offers a choice of component finishes to complete the system: Loxley Antique Brass for a warmer, more classic look, or Luddington Textured Grey for a softer, more understated finish. If required, the poles can be cut to size for shorter staircases.

Please note

• As part of the heat transfer process, there may be a very fine join line on the underside of each pole
• Position the join line facing downwards during installation so it sits out of sight once fitted
• For staircases under 7.2 metres, the poles can be cut to size using a fine toothed hacksaw with 24 to 32 TPI

Installation

• No specialist tools are required
• The system is designed for easy installation

Wipe clean to remove everyday marks and dust.
