Made with 3-ply clad construction in 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminium core, it’s built for use in the oven and on the hob, including induction.

Flush rivets support quicker clean-ups, while ergonomic handles make it easier to move from oven to table. A stainless steel V-shaped rack elevates food during roasting, and the tray is also suited to sauce-based reductions, gravies, deglazing and searing on the stovetop. It is grill safe, oven safe to 600°F, and 100% dishwasher safe.
