Made from high-quality, food-safe silicone, it’s robust, lightweight and heat resistant to 232°C (450°F). As well as use in your Instant Pot™, it can be used in conventional ovens or brought to the table as a heat-resistant trivet for serving. When you’re finished, the non-stick silicone makes cleaning straightforward; rinse in warm water or place in the dishwasher (hand-washing recommended).
