Each pan is finished with a thick, fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base designed to store and spread heat efficiently, while rolled pouring lips help with controlled serving.

Designed for use on the hob and in the oven, the set includes glass lids with steam holes so you can monitor cooking without lifting the lid. Riveted stainless steel handles include hanging loops, and the pans are dishwasher suitable for straightforward clean-up.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pans, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry the pans and lid before first use
• If washing by hand, use hot, soapy water; stubborn burnt-on stains may need soaking first
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring and heat gradually
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils
• Use oven gloves when removing pans from the oven and place pans on an oven shelf, not the oven floor
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
