It’s a versatile choice for everything from sauces and soups to vegetables, rice, pulses and potatoes, moving confidently from hob to oven when needed.

A thick, fully encapsulated impact bonded base is engineered to absorb and spread heat efficiently, while the all-round rolled pouring lip helps with neat serving. The bakelite handle is shaped for comfort and stays cool on the hob. A vented, ovenproof glass lid with a stainless steel rim and handle seals in heat, flavours and aromas, while keeping the contents in view.

Use and care

• Remove packaging and labels before wetting, then wash with hot soapy water and a soft cloth to remove residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan and lid before first use
• If washing by hand, use hot soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean gently with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Heat the pan gradually and avoid placing it straight onto high heat
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils; avoid sharp implements such as knives and do not use electric blenders in the pan
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place pans on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
