Suitable for use on the hob or in the oven, it’s a versatile choice for everything from sauces and soups to vegetables, rice, pulses and potatoes.

A vented, ovenproof glass lid helps retain heat, flavours and aromas while keeping the contents in view, and the all-round rolled pouring lip supports neat serving. The ergonomic bakelite handle is shaped for comfortable control and stays cool on the hob.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove all packaging and labels, then wash with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan and lid before first use
• For hand washing, use hot, soapy water; soak first to help lift stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean gently with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Heat the pan gradually rather than starting on a high heat
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils; avoid sharp implements such as knives and do not use electric blenders in the pan
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place pans on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
