Kuhn Rikon Easy Induction Saucepan

Designed for busy kitchens, the Kuhn Rikon Easy Induction saucepan brings together a forged aluminium core and a durable non-stick interior for everyday cooking. Lightweight and quick to heat, it suits everything from sauces and soups to vegetables, rice and pasta, with a dark grey outer coating that’s easy to clean.

A 5mm thick, warp resistant base makes it suitable for all hob types, including induction, while the pan and vented glass lid can also go into the oven up to 220°C. Stay cool handles on both pan and lid are comfortable to hold, with a hanging loop for convenient storage.

Use and care

• Remove sticky labels before first use and lift residue with a soapy cloth or sponge, then handwash and dry
• Clean with hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on marks
• Use a nylon brush or scourer and avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scourers
• Use silicone or wooden utensils and avoid sharp implements or electric blenders in the pan
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring and heat gradually; never heat an empty pan
• Avoid dragging across glass topped hobs and keep gas flames from licking up the sides
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place on an oven shelf, not the oven floor
