Crafted from brushed matt 18/10 stainless steel, it features the Kuhn Rikon energy saving Superthermic sandwich base for quick, efficient heat distribution on any type of hob. Loop handles in robust stainless steel offer a secure lift, while the stainless steel lid is embossed with the Swiss cross. Internal measurements help with accurate liquid levels, and an all round pouring rim supports cleaner serving and draining.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off labels before wetting, then clean with hot soapy water and a soft cloth to remove residue
• Hand wash and dry the pot, insert and lid before first use
• Clean with hot soapy water and a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
• For stubborn soiling, limescale and discolouration on stainless steel, use Swiss Cleaning Paste or Swiss Cleaner Liquid
• Avoid dragging across a glass topped hob
• Try to match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place the pan on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Misuse invalidates the guarantee; overheating or burnt in residues are not covered
