Crafted from brushed matt 18/10 stainless steel, it’s finished with a stainless steel lid embossed with the Swiss cross and internal measurement markings for straightforward liquid levels. An easy all-round pouring rim helps with controlled decanting, while the Kuhn Rikon energy saving Superthermic sandwich base is designed to distribute heat quickly and efficiently for even cooking across all hob types, including induction.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pan, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan and lid before first use
• Clean with hot soapy water and a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
• For more stubborn soiling, limescale and/or discolouration on the stainless steel, use Swiss Cleaning Paste or Swiss Cleaner Liquid
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob and try to match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place on an oven shelf rather than the oven floor
• Misuse invalidates the guarantee; overheating or burnt-in residues are not covered
