Kuhn Rikon NEW LIFE PRO Roasting Tin with lid

The NEW LIFE® PRO ovenware is made of high quality 100% recycled aluminium from Europe and is produced with up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminium ovenware. Furthermore, the high quality recycled aluminium is harder than pure aluminium, as it is combined from different aluminium alloys. Thanks to the good material properties and reinforced 3-layer non-stick coating, the heat is distributed evenly over the food to be cooked or baked and stored optimally.

Thanks to the plastic lid, you can store food quickly and easily or take it with you. This significantly reduces the use of cling film. The lid is heat resistant from -20°C to +90°C and is suitable for use in the fridge and freezer.

The vent in the lid allows residual heat to escape and, when pressed down, ensures a slight vacuum and airtight seal. As the lid has no side flaps, the mould should always be stored or transported horizontally. The NEW LIFE® PRO ovenware has been manufactured at the Swiss production site in Rikon. The plastic lid made of polypropylene (PP) is manufactured in China and tested and mounted in Switzerland.

Use & Care

• Instructions for use:
• Clean the ovenware before first use. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents on the inside. After use, clean with a soft cloth or brush in hot water. The product is dishwasher suitable, but cleaning by hand is recommended.
• Warnings: Always use the dish without the plastic lid in the oven. The lid is only heat resistant up to 90°C.
• As the aluminium ovenware can become very hot in the oven, please always use protective gloves. In addition, overheating (> 240°C) can discolour the material and destroy the non-stick coating. Scratching and cutting on the coating should also be avoided. Therefore do not use any metal kitchen utensils.
