Kuhn Rikon NEW LIFE PRO Roasting Tin with lid

Designed for practical cooking and storage, the Kuhn Rikon NEW LIFE PRO Roasting Tin with lid pairs recycled aluminium ovenware with a fitted plastic lid for easy chilling and freezing. The ovenform is made from 100% recycled aluminium from Europe and is produced using up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminium ovenware.

A reinforced ceramic 3-layer non-stick coating supports quick release and straightforward cleaning, while ergonomic handles aid lifting and carrying. For storage, the polypropylene (PP) lid includes a vent to let residual heat escape and, when pressed down, helps create a slight vacuum and airtight seal. The ovenware is manufactured at the Swiss production site in Rikon; the lid is manufactured in China, then tested and mounted in Switzerland.

Use and care

• Clean before first use
• Avoid abrasive cleaning agents on the inside
• After use, clean with a soft cloth or brush in hot water
• Use the dish without the plastic lid in the oven
• Use protective gloves as the aluminium can become very hot
• Avoid overheating above 240°C to prevent discolouration and damage to the non-stick coating
• Avoid scratching or cutting on the coating and do not use metal kitchen utensils
• Store or transport horizontally as the lid has no side flaps
