Four GN 1/2 pans with lids let you portion and organise menu favourites such as soup, chilli and gravy, while the glass sneeze guard showcases your selection and helps reduce cross contamination when serving. A built-in thermostat allows you to adjust the heat to suit different dishes, and the drainage valve makes it easier to empty the water well at the end of the day.
