Built for high-output service, the KuKoo Large Commercial Pizza / Baking Oven brings twin-deck capacity and precise control to professional kitchens. Designed for restaurants, takeaways, cafés, pubs and bakeries, it bakes up to 12 x 10” pizzas at once, helping you keep pace during busy periods while retaining a stone-baked finish.

Each deck is fitted with fire stones and can be temperature-controlled independently, making it easy to run different bakes side by side. Reinforced steel doors with full-length handles and viewing windows allow you to check progress without constantly opening the oven, while the audible digital timer supports accurate cooking times. A freestanding design with 4 heavy-duty wheels makes positioning straightforward, and the under-oven shelf keeps essential tools and ingredients close to hand. Supplied pre-set to three-phase power, it can be converted to single-phase by a qualified electrician.
