La Horincie produces this Horincata Superior Blueberry Liqueur, an artisanal spirit made with blueberries and honey. Bottled at 30% ABV, it is made from natural organic ingredients with no added sugar and no added aroma.

The character is delicate and precise, with mountain fruit notes and acacia honey in the background. A balanced, ripe palate is lifted by fresh acidity, while the aftertaste brings the fruit to the fore with well-integrated alcohol and hints of organic honey from Maramures. It suits a savoury spread of jamon, cheese, charcuterie or pasta, and also works well after dinner with desserts.
