La Horincie Superior Plum Brandy Aged 3 years (Horinca prune) 700ml

Crafted as a traditional plum brandy, La Horincie Superior Plum Brandy is double distilled in copper alembic stills from selected ripe plums. This 700ml spirit is matured for 3 years in French oak casks from Demptos and Francois Frerer, then given additional ageing in recharred oak casks. At 50% ABV, it offers a layered profile shaped by oak maturation and careful blending.

Dried fruit notes sit alongside a gentle fruity character and hints of sweet aromatic smoke. The palate is balanced and ripe, with a fresh acidity, while the finish brings fruity aromas, vanilla, oak wood and bitter chocolate. Its structure and depth make it well suited to robust dishes and rich, savoury plates.
