La Horincie Superior Strawberry Brandy is a handcrafted fruit spirit made from selected strawberries and double distilled. Aged for 3 years and bottled at 40% ABV, it is matured in oak casks from Demptos and Francois Frerer, then given additional time in recharred oak casks.

This extended cask ageing brings lighter notes of dried fruits, hints of sweet aromatic smoke, and a gentle fruity character. Bottled at cask strength for a rich, sumptuous taste, it suits slow sipping and works particularly well alongside robust savoury dishes.
