Lacrima Baccus Cava Organic (750ml - 11.5%)

From Spain’s Penedès region, Lacrima Baccus Cava Organic is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine made from Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo. At 11.5% ABV, it is produced with each grape variety harvested and vinified separately before blending, then given a second fermentation in bottle.

A minimum of 15 months’ ageing brings slight mature notes while preserving freshness. The careful production process includes destemming, cooling, gentle pressing, must selection, static racking, alcoholic fermentation, clarification, stabilisation and final filtration.
