Its 14-gauge steel construction, commercial-style Smith machine and independent dual pulley setup give it the breadth for free-weight work, cable exercises and bodyweight training without splitting your space across separate machines.

The Smith bar runs on linear ball bearings with chrome guide rods for controlled movement, while adjustable safety catches and multiple rack positions support solo sessions. Each pulley adjusts through 15 height positions, opening up cable crossovers, unilateral work and a wide range of upper and lower body exercises. A premium adjustable bench completes the setup with six backrest positions, an adjustable seat, a detachable preacher curl pad and adjustable ankle holder.
