The bar catches and longer lower safety catch can be set across 21 height positions, while the bench moves through flat and incline settings from 0 to 60 with 6 adjustments. A chrome slide track allows the backrest and seat pad to move together for smooth, secure positioning, and the frame is compatible with 7-foot barbells. There is also an opening at the front for optional Marcy attachments such as a leg developer or arm curl pad, with a storage post at the rear for these attachments.
