McGuigan Black Label Shiraz 2021

From McGuigan, the Black Label Shiraz 2021 is a fresh, well-rounded red with a rich, flavour-led profile. Each sip brings layered notes of ripe plum and blackberry jam, lifted with spice and finished with touches of vanilla, cinnamon, pepper and caramel.

The McGuigan family has lived and worked in the vineyards of the Hunter Valley since the 1860s, with three generations dedicated to winemaking. For this release, premium parcels of fruit from renowned regions across Southern Australia were blended to shape its balanced style and harmonious flavour profile. The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, with selected parcels fermented on French and American oak prior to blending. The final blend then saw further Heinrich American oak to balance the fruit and oak character.
